Returns & Exchanges

At HT Animal Supply, we want you and your pet to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
